About The System

The Department of Livestock Services (DLS) Trade Portal is a digital platform designed to efficiently manage and streamline all commercial activities under the department’s administration. This user-centric system enables individuals and organizations to apply for and obtain licenses, No Objection Certificates (NOCs), import permits, farm registrations, and quarantine certificates online. By eliminating the need for in-person office visits, the portal significantly reduces both time and operational costs. It enhances service delivery while promoting transparency, accountability, and the secure handling of user data across all trade-related processes.

License

Supports the streamlined issuance of licenses for activities such as animal feed production, importation, storage, marketing, and distribution.

NOC

Simplifies and accelerates the approval process for importing animal feed components, veterinary vaccines, medicines, pets, and wild animals.

Import Permit

Enables streamlined import of veterinary equipment, livestock animals, frozen semen, and day-old chicks through a secure and efficient system.

Health Certificate

Ensures the certification of animals and animal products for export, verifying full compliance with national and international health and safety standards.

Pre Arrival/Shipment Notification

Provides DLS officials with timely and detailed insights into scheduled imports and exports, enabling efficient monitoring, coordination, and regulatory preparedness.
